Tidal Recruitment may collect personal information including through your application, resume, request forms, surveys, and emails, for example, your name, contact information, career history, details of any competency tests or other information relating to your career. We may also collect other types of personal information, such as references, employment objectives and preferences while dealing with you.
How do we collect and hold personal information?
We collect your personal information directly from you unless it is unreasonable or impracticable to do so. We may collect personal information about you when you deal with us by telephone, letter, fax, e-mail, social media or via the Website or via job board when you register or apply for employment, register for an event/webinar or services provided by third party affiliates or if you take part in a survey or profile tool run by us. If we are unable to collect your personal information, we may not be able to provide our services to you or provide you with full access to our Website. It therefore may also not be possible for you to interact with us using a pseudonym.
